As you would expect catering is important to us and generates about a third of our total sales. Freshly baked savouries and sandwiches sold in our shops contribute close to half of the total sales enjoyed by the brand. Each week we sell more than 49,000 Belgian buns, nearly 80,000 jam doughnuts, and over 250,000 sausage rolls.

We compete with everyone who sells bakery products and takeaway food as well as with operators in the coffee bar and catering market .We believe that the freshness, value and sheer quality of our products give us an important competitive edge.
