On the retail/catering side of the business there are unit managers, assistant unit managers, first sales assistants and general assistants. There is also a team of area/district managers and an overall retail general manager/sales manager.

The production employees include in-store bakery managers, in-store bakers and confectionery staff.

As well as those you see in the shops, there are many people behind the scenes working to ensure Bakers Oven continues to be a thriving, growing business. These departments include accounts, personnel & training, maintenance and administration.
