Bakery Manager
Every shop is founded on the same principles – our values, excellent customer service, great teams, great products and a great place to work.
Everyday and night our bread and fermented products are baked freshly by our in-store bakers. Great care and skill is required to produce the mouth-watering array of products which are so popular with our customers.
Our instore bakers work as part of the retail team they work in a friendly and high tempo environment. If you joined us you could be working with other bakers in a larger unit or as a bakery manager, running your own “mini bakery” doing everything throughout the whole baking process. You’ll have lots of initiative, good communication skills and commitment to delivering a quality product on every occasion, together with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
