Shop Manager:

Our managers are friendly “can do” sort of people at the heart of our business. Leading by example, and caring for their teams and customers, they create the friendly and attentive atmosphere that Bakers Oven is well known for.

A typical day involves managing, developing and inspiring your team as well as ensuring superb product availability, maintaining excellent standards and delivering exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service. You will be running your own business with full responsibility to improve performance through your abilities to train and motivate your team.
